The interior design of Aastrom's new 30,000 square foot suite located in Dominos Farms Office Park in Ann Arbor, MI emphasized a fun, yet professional work environment, while incorporating the "Aastrom blue" color throughout. The space inluded both open and enclosed offices, multiple conferencing spaces, a state of the art Clean Room, and laboratory to develop cell technologies.

Collaboration was key throughout the design by centrally locating shared spaces, along with lowering workstation panel heights within the open office space. The layout also allowed for great views to the outdoors and maximized the use of daylight. Multiple enclosed enclaves were scattered throughout the floor plan to provide privacy when needed.
