Sustainability 

Buffy McConnell Interior Design applies sustainable principles to all areas of design. By providing solutions that are safe, durable, and easy to maintain, we can create interior environments that are healthy, cost effective, and pleasing to work or live in. Minimizing environmental impact can also be achieved through strategies such as utilizing daylight when possible, conserving energy with appropriate fixtures and equipment, and specifying materials with low VOC’s.  Although Buffy has played an active role on several LEED Certified projects, she realizes these responsible solutions can be incorporated into all projects, regardless if certification is a goal or not.
